today we're going to be taking a look at creating some devise user accounts we're going to extend some of the
functionality and add in a username and while we do that we're going to take
a look under the hood so it's a bit easier to understand why we have to do the things that we do when we extend
devise and then we'll also associate the user account with our blog posts
and we'll add a view counter to both so let's go ahead and let's get started
